    Japan Senior Legal Counsel – Foreign IT Company

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company (local and regional): provide legal support for various projects
    • Coverage includes: drafting, reviewing and negoticating a variety of agreements, including advertising, sales, NDA’s and entertainment 
    • Work closely with regional teams and provide legal and strategical advice on various regulatory and compliance matters
    • Manage local outside counsel 
    Requirements:
    • LLB and/or LLM, 10+ years experience;
    • 5+ years of industry experience
    • Self-starter, willigness to build a tean in the future
    • Experience working with senior management, advising on strategical issues
    • Experience in content business and social platforms is a plus
    Language:
    • Native Japanese skills
    • Fluency in English
